“Perfect hole in the wall lunch spot. I had the pulled pork bbq sandwich platter. Any doubts I had about the pricing were quickly dispelled when I received my meal. The portions are more than generous and the food was downright amazing. Genuinely thinking about planning an event just to have them cater, and we don’t even live in Virginia.“

“DO NOT miss the Smoked Kitchen. During a recent "leaf peeping" drive from Richmond, we visited Crozet in time for lunch. First, the location is easy to find and easy to park. Second, they welcome dogs. (A real plus.) But MOST IMPORTANTLY the the food is top notch and the service can't be beat. The pulled pork is the best we've EVER eaten. (I don't use CAPS very often.) Speaking as Virginia/North Carolina customers, that's quite a statement. It's dry, lean and melt in your mouth. Plenty of sauces to choose from if you wish. Absolutely terrific. We bought A POUND to take home. No kidding. The smoked chicken salad sandwich was excellent. And the beer - well, what a nice addition to a great meal.“
