“In the area from Michigan for a scent detection competition with my dogs and passed this little place. I was ready for lunch so I stopped in. Wow. Seriously. Best pulled pork and banana pudding I think I've ever had. The service was great- the owner walked me through the menu and recommendations. My sides, potato salad and baked beans, were also excellent. It's a grab and go kind of place, the atmosphere is what you'd expect from a roadside spot. But wow, excellent food. I'll be thinking about that banana pudding for a long time. Highly recommend.“
“We stopped in for an early dinner and had “fall off the bones” delicious ribs. The fried green tomatoes were also exceptionally good. Our waiter, Blake, was very attentive and made some good suggestions. I highly recommend this restaurant as a great place for dinner.“

Everything was seasoned great; very nice complementary bbq sauces, especially the horseradish. Even better prices! We’ll be back! I’m going to order ribs ahead next time!“
“I've eaten here a couple times, and loved it. Most recently, I ordered the pulled pork Mac n cheese skillet. Baked beans and hush puppies on the side. All of it was delicious, but the baked beans were the best I've ever had, hands down! Really good service and cool “
