Placed an order online and went to go pick it up and was greeted immediately as soon as I walked in! Didn't see my order on the table (I did get there before my pick up time). Was told my order was almost ready and as soon as the young lady walked away,a young man handed me my order immediately and thanked me. Customer service is definitely showing it's presence at this location! Will be coming again soon! Good job!
One of my absolute favorite lunch spots! The bowls and toppings are always fresh, delicious and I can expect the same quality every time. I also never leave without getting a blueberry lavender and lemonade mix or the newer strawberry ginger and lemonade.
Excellent customer service! The staff at CAVA was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. My order was prepared quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. I really appreciated the great service and positive atmosphere. Definitely a great experience—I’ll be back!
