Namaste Cuisine is a gem hidden in a suburban plaza. The food is prepared with passion and does not skimp on spice, as seen in their incendiary Vindaloo. The Samosa Chaat appetizer is a must-try. The ownership is lovely and always present, providing excellent service and a full bar. While the food is not perfect, the samosas are phenomenal. The main courses, including malai kofta and biryani, are mediocre, with one dish being overly spicy and the other lacking flavor. Overall, the food is worth trying, but the service could improve.
