Never have I been to a restaurant where the drive-through is so far from the restaurant. They also didn’t the spicy chicken sandwich and instead of telling me this just gave me a regular.
Don't pre-order from here. I did. I got there 3 minutes after the scheduled time, waited inside first, but no one would come to the counter. I went to the drive thru. I told them at the ordering speaker that I was picking up the order with my name. When I got to the window, they told me to pull off to the side. I waited there while vehicles that pulled in after me got their food and left. My food finally came out 20 minutes after I got there, nearly 25 minutes after it was supposed...read full review
