I’m not sure what I did to offend the coffee gods, but this was quite the experience.
I was standing right next to the register, clearly next to order, yet somehow invisible while the associate took care of other tasks. When he finally acknowledged me, I ordered a 16-ounce iced coffee in a 20-ounce cup. The look I received made me question whether I had just asked him to personally harvest the coffee beans.
Then, plot twist: my 16-ounce...

First visit. Online order. Stopped in to grab my order before work. There was a line. It moved quickly. Staff was efficient and friendly. Both croissant (bacon and brie, add egg) and chai tea were very tasty. Will return.
