Chip City is one of my favorite spots in Clarendon. I’ve enjoyed many a cookie and ice cream here with a friend. Flavors are always good, and the staff are friendly. The interior is very clean, but not the most welcoming place to sit and eat. Thankfully, there is plenty of seating outside in the pretty courtyard area. Honestly, the cookies are pretty pricey, but it’s what you get for a luxury treat in the DMV.
A little spendy, but darn good way to treat yourself!
The place has very good cookies and they also serve ice cream as well
