Great place. Shadi provided absolutely outstanding service! He was attentive, professional, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. He was always available when we needed something without ever making us feel rushed. His excellent service made the restaurant and hookah lounge experience even more enjoyable. Shadi truly goes above and beyond, and we will definitely be coming back because of him. Highly recommended!
Great Hooka spot, I had a regular mint citrus hooka and loved it. I appreciated that the flavor lasted a long time. The service was fast and servers were very polite. I went there on a Tuesday afternoon around 4pm. It wasn’t overcrowded, but definitely a good number of people coming and going. Definitely seems like a local favorite. I stayed for a little over a couple of hours. They checked on my hooka and made sure it stayed working right. Very chill and relaxing atmosphere....
I had an amazing experience at Cloud Lounge, and I just want to give a huge thank you to Saif and Mariam for their outstanding service. I’ve been here three days in a row, and they have consistently gone above and beyond every single time. Saif made sure everything was perfect, and Mariam was always attentive, friendly, and incredibly welcoming.
