I’m a regular here since I work in the office building next door, but one of the baristas, Ashley is super kind and sweet. She memorized my exact order since I come in so often and she’s quick, efficient, and hospitable to all customers and super sweet. She has made my experience of getting coffee so much better and makes delicious drinks!
Such a cute coffee shop! I really liked the vibe and how cozy it felt inside. The staff was really nice and everything was clean. I didn’t actually get coffee this time, but I still had a really good experience and would definitely come back again!

Compass Coffee is a lovely coffee shop in Clarendon with great location and clean bright inviting space. The staff are super friendly and great, making the experience something to look forward to. People loved fantastic matcha, coffee, nitro cold brew and a large selection of baked goods and many snacks. The entire team makes morning walks a go‑to destination on this side of Arlington, incredibly convenient for a stop in. Growlets can be filled and the spot is a go‑to coffee destination for people.
