Service is fast, when folks order uncomplicated beverages otherwise if they order "add just a little of..." they are just not prepared for these things. Competent staff, no one in a hair net and not all wearing gloves. One thing I was hoping for was a breakfast sandwich, but they don't serve those here. Line was 13 people long, and no second cashier stepped up till a customer asked them for service! Tables in the area had plugs and usb ports which is helpful. Napkin dispenser...read full review

Dunkin never disappoints except at an airport. It's amazing to think that I would have to wait 25 minutes or more in line to get a cup of coffee. I had to leave the line which by the way was crossing through regular traffic in the airport. Why can't they put stanchions up so that the line doesn't interfere with the traffic flow? Doesn't make any sense to me. Anyway, I missed my coffee today unfortunately
