Was there during a business trip. Decided to eat instead of driving through DC traffic. Wrong move. $33.00 bought a little piece of tough chicken, warm mashed potatoes, and limp asparagus. It seemed the waitstaff couldn't be bothered. Have to hand it to the hostess though, sour out to her, she got mad after seeing me waiting there without service. Props to her. One server was amazing, three others couldn’t speak English or read well apparently. One lady was doing all the work.
The food was great.
Also, the supervisor was some guy who was not present and not helpful. New management needed.

Potomac Restaurant & Lounge is located on the first floor of the Sheraton Pentagon City. The service can be slow, but the veggie pizza with red onions and red peppers is worth the wait. The pizza had a crispy crust and was hot, although it lacked flavor and had too much cheese. The atmosphere is calm and clean, with great table and floor cleanliness. The staff is helpful to a point, but more employees are needed to improve service. For breakfast, guests can order scrambled eggs and toast at the coffee bar instead of the buffet. Despite being busy, the restaurant allows customers to sit and enjoy their meal. Recent reviews highlight that the staff are very nice and helpful, and the food is generally great and well-prepared. Customers enjoyed salads with salmon and hummus with pita chips, although some found the chips hard. The overall experience is positive, with meals arriving quickly and the food being delicious.
