Even after moving from the DC area, people always make a stop here for pupusas. The food is wonderful, cheap, and the staff is friendly. The cashier always has a smile and is very friendly. The food is spectacular. The cheese pupusas are the best, and the bread pudding is super fresh and creamy.

This restaurant is a late-night hotspot. On a Saturday around 9pm, it was packed. One customer ordered chicken enchiladas, a meat pie, and a side of refried beans. The enchiladas at this Salvadoran place are not the same as Mexican enchiladas; they are like tostadas with chicken, cabbage, cheese, a tomato slice, and a slice of hard boiled egg on a deep fried corn tortilla. They were delicious and the favorite part of the meal. The meat pie was great. The refried beans were so-so, and the side portion is tiny. The prices are extremely inexpensive. The main issue is that food came out very fast for one person, but another 20 minutes for the other order. Timing orders could be improved. After a fire, the restaurant closed for a bit; customers urge support when it reopens.
