I ordered bun (dry noodles) and it was served hot and overcooked. It's meant to be served at room temperature or cool. When I asked why the waiter told me it's because they microwave the pre cooked noodles. 🙄
This is my always go to spot before the owner change The guy who owned this place very nice and quick service but last 2 times i went this place owner changed service was sucks , im going with friend and 2 year old , server was annoyed my kid taking us very last table , takes so long too take order and did bring us water same time as a food , they charged a tip automatically which was very disappointing they thought i dont give a tip lol if they didnt charge im going to give...
Food was pretty good, though not the most traditional. Flavors in the BBH were robust..more beefy less traditional BBH random trimmings. The banh xeo offering was odd - should have pork and shrimp but we were asked to pick one. Food took a while to deliver and gratuity was pre-added to the check. We didn't mind in our instance since service was fine, but what if service was terrible? Shouldn't be pre-added.
