“My drive-through experience was excellent! I chose to stop by this location going forward for my breakfast sandwich after having the most horrific fast food experience ever at the location in Arlington (Leesburg Pike). The friendly Wendy's employees are always smiling, happy, kind, and happy to assist in every way possible, especially with the Wendy's app. They are rock stars at this location! They make you want to keep coming back...and guess what? Yep! I will. The food is always hot and super fresh. It makes all the difference when the staff recognizes that great customer service never goes out of style, not even in the fast food service industry. I wish I could say that about some of these other places I have had to mark off my list and vow to never give my hard earned money to ever again.“
“Friendly service. They have the key tag for 2025 where you pay $3 and you get that little Frosty, one per visit free throughout the entire year with any purchase in restaurant. I like the fact they're using it to contribute to charity.“
“This particular Wendy's is staffed by women for whom you must repeat questions many times because their understanding of the American English is lacking. When asked to see the size of the soda cups & the fries container the woman behind the counter got miffed because we didn't have more familiarity with the Wendy's menue. The shifts of workers here have been disappointing of late.“
