I wanted some things I couldn't see on the order form online and she was so very accommodating, gracious and so quick to respond. I ordered 8 mini cheesecakes (Nutella, lavender, blueberry, saffron, red velvet and plain) and a 9" chocolate cheesecake with chocolate ganache. Everything was so beautifully presented...one of those moments where you eat first with your eyes in anticipation because you almost don't want to cut into it. They all were fantastic...tasting true to their flavors and the ingredients were so incredibly fresh with just the right amount of balance of spice, sweet and slight tang. I'm sensitive to ingredients and I had no reactions so I knew hers were top quality. As this was for a special occasion with a friend coming into town, it really made her visit extra special. As soon as he arrived, I showed him the lay of the land, I told him my goal and he offered suggestions as to what would flow better. I trusted him and it worked as he said it would. Let’s not even talk about the food. I was talking to a colleague and mentioned that the salmon was the best I’ve had. He looked at me and said, salmon is not your typical bbq fare. I told him with a group this big you have to satisfy your pescatarians who all raved about how good it was and came up to me just to tell me they were so happy with the meal. It was so good, it didn’t need any sauce. It was moist, flavorful and fresh. I received so many compliments on the brisket, mac and cheese etc. We will be using Big Kyle again, not only for school events but also for my own personal events.”

“Came here on a weekend and it was jumping. there was a line but the door guy did a good job of keeping it controlled and getting folks in. When I got closer I got to watch him in action as some upset drunk woman were being rude and mean to him for not letting them in. He was very collected with the situation while they were calling him a racist and all sorts of names. I apologized to him when I got to him but he just smiled adjusted his hat and started making jokes. The GM held the door open for my friends and I when he came to check on the security guard. All of the staff we encountered were professional and fun. We will be coming back to try the food next week. I wish I could give the staff five stars as well.”
