Chick-fil-A in Ashburn

“Our vehicle broke down in the parking lot. The manager- Dakota came out to help- got us water for the overheated engine. He assured us that we would not be towed by leaving it there until we could get it moved.
He then told us our meals and drinks- for 4 of us was taken care of.
He and the staff went above and beyond to make a very stressful situation, much more pleasant.
We cannot say enough about Chick-fil-A and Dakota's exemplary customer service!

“We stopped in here for lunch while on a business trip and it was a very pleasant experience. The building was very clean and tidy. The counter staff were very nice and the gentleman that was working in the dining area was incredibly nice, refilled our drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. It was such a nice experience that we went back the next day.

The food is really good also, but I guess you knew that already.

Will definitely go back when in the area again.“
