Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a consistently delicious dining experience, with a helpful and inviting staff. The restaurant's smaller seating area can get chilly, but their carry-out option is a popular choice. The menu includes a variety of vegetarian options, including Sofritas, and they also offer a kid-friendly menu. Customers have noted the restaurant's friendly customer service, with one employee, Carlos, praised for his sincerity, passion, and positive attitude. However, some customers have expressed concerns about portion sizes, cleanliness, and the quality and freshness of certain menu items, preferring to order for take-out.
