“I never had to wait too long for my food and they are willing to fix anything that's incorrect.. blessings to all the staff an the 5 am manager when I come get pancakes and the pm manager when I come back for a McChicken. They all work hard an are very polite and friendly“

“I love this McDonald’s!!! I have visited this location in Ashburn at the Ashburn Shopping Plaza four times in the past few months. The food is always extremely fresh.. On my most recent visit..I had the tastiest Big Mac I’ve ever had in all my days! Seriously, it was the best Big Mac ever. The play place is nice and clean. I met some really friendly kids. I tried to play with them on the equipment, but I was a little too plump. I need to lose some weight; maybe I’ll try the McDonald’s diet. Haha 😆 I did get to play ring around the rosy with the kids, which was fun, and the kids gave me lots of hugs. Yay 😁 I loved the employees! The lady taking orders said it brightened her day to see me playing with the kids. I was treated very respectfully and the guy walking around cleaning said he thinks I am one of the nicest people he’s ever met, which made my day. He is very nice, too! Thanks buddy! I appreciate you guys!! I will be writing corporate, letting know how awesome you are doing.“

“This is a nice location when I came. The dining area was clean and look like it was updated not to long ago. the food was hot when I got it. It did seem like there was regional manager in the store at the time of my visit. So things may be different when you come. Parking is a little bit of a pain. Have to walk through the drive thru traffic but nothing to do with the service and I would come back again.“
