“I used Big Kyle BBQ for an informal sports banquet of 350 high school boys and their families. (There were over 200 male athletes between the age of 15-25). As soon as he arrived, I showed him the lay of the land, I told him my goal and he offered suggestions as to what would flow better. I trusted him and it worked as he said it would. Let’s not even talk about the food. I was talking to a colleague and mentioned that the salmon was the best I’ve had. He looked at me and said, salmon is not your typical bbq fare. I told him with a group this big you have to satisfy your pescatarians who all raved about how good it was and came up to me just to tell me they were so happy with the meal.
