“While it touts itself as a deli, this place has some great beers on tap. Seating is available at indoor or outdoor tables as well as at the bar.

Decent standard fare. Burgers. Deli sandwiches. A few other panini type sandwiches as well.

“Blue Bunny Ice Cream is the best and when our church decided to put on a fireworks festival, it was a no Brainerd having them come and sell. There prices are reasonable and their selection is ridiculously good. Whether you want an ice cream sandwich or my son's favorite Sonic the Hedgehog, they have it! We had a little over 1,500 patrons and they were able to accommodate all that visited the iconic van. I definitely recommend them for your event!”

“This is one of our favorite spots to grab a beer. The outdoor space is awesome for watching the trains go by (or go to the back if you don’t want to deal with the trains!) and appreciate that they have flights and new beers on tap each time we go.”

“Everything here was great! The chips are homemade from real tortillas and the salads and cheese were dip were perfect. We ordered chilaquiles, burritos, quesadillas, and I got the carne asada tacos (which were some of the best tacos I've ever had). They even have homemade sauces they bring to the table to garnish everything, and the green was especially delicious. It was all so good. We will definitely be coming back.”

“Iron Horse Restaurant in Ashland is one of our absolute favorite spots, and we always make a reservation when we go—it’s popular for a reason. You can still walk in or even self-serve at the bar if you prefer something more casual, which is a nice option. They often have live music as well, though the specific nights can vary, adding a fun and lively touch to the atmosphere.
The food is consistently delicious and more on the upscale side, making it a must-visit for a special night out in a small-town setting. Just keep in mind that if they’re running a specialty menu, like on Valentine’s Day or other holidays, the wait for food can run a bit longer, but it’s always worth it. Parking can be a challenge since the restaurant sits right on the corner and close to the tracks. There’s no convenient parking right at the entrance, so expect to walk a bit. The good news is you can drop off anyone who can’t walk far before you circle back to find a spot. Despite the parking situation, Iron Horse is absolutely worth the visit. The ambiance is great year-round, and it’s especially beautiful during Christmas. For anyone looking for an elevated dining experience in the heart of a charming small town, this place is a must-stop.”

“Wow! My first time at Anthony’s #2. I was welcomed by the manager (could have been the owner) and was told to sit wherever I want. The young man that served me had a fantastic attitude and did a great job. They started me with a hot, fresh baked roll and a salad. It was not a gourmet salad, but the lettuce was fresh and crisp with tomato, onions and green olives. Then the Chicken Parmesan came out over spaghetti with plenty of gravy ( yes, that is what grandpa Emilio called it) - two thick pieces of chicken. I had a glass of red wine and the bill WAS $24.00. This place is a 5 out of 5 stars for me.”

“Went to a Cookout for the first time. While it is better than a McDonald's or Burger King that was primarily during to their milkshakes. I ordered a burger with fries and onion rings. I would rank the fries one, burger two and onion rings three. My daughter enjoyed her chicken nuggets and my son his burger. While there isn’t a Cookout up in the New England area if I ran across one during my travels I would stop in again.”

“I attend school at R-MC and usually people don't like the food, but I enjoy it a lot. Maybe it's because I'm easy to please but I love their pasta dishes and their quesadilla nights. Highly recommend it if you're on campus as a visitor; they do take card and cash! :)”

“I've been there twice recently (November 2022)since they changed owners. Unfortunately , I will not be back. The first time...I ordered a cheese steak sub. It was awful, it taste like salt. It was also missing all the toppings I had ordered. The sub roll they now use is so thick it's way too much bread. They use to have a thinner roll and made the bread toasty. Its nothing like before. I thought I would give them one more try since they are close to me. I ordered fried oysters. They were well... just ok, I wouldn't want them again.”

“I really love that you can get Chinese-style fast food. The food is fresh & excellent tasting. The service is good. The people are friendly. My only complaint is that it was too noisy there. Loud music playing over the speakers. I could not hear my friend when I was trying to talk on the phone with her. I had to go outside to use my phone. I would recommend take-out if the noise bothers you.”
