It was the worst experience I have ever had at Wendy's! I went in at 5:30 p.m. in the day. I attempted to use an "offered deal" on the app 2 for $6. The young lady attempted to scan the code. After it wouldn't scan, she looked at ne in the face and said, "We don't accept the app coupons!"(This young lady looked like she was not feeling any pain!!)I was absolutely astounded!I asked, "Why do you have a code scanner if you don't accept them?"She just stood there dumbfounded!I asked...read full review

Probably the worst Wendy's I've been to and it's consistently poor. Busy times, off hours, still equally as incompetent. Mobile orders or in person, equally bad performance. Dirty as heck inside. Avoid at all costs if you can.

The best Wendy’s I have ever been to in my entire life. They are always friendly, service is INSANELY fast. I’m a doordash driver and they are one of the fastest restaurants in the entirety of Ashland. They don’t screw up orders ever and they are just always on the ball no matter the time of day. Shoutout to the staff at Wendy’s you all rock!!
