“Fiorano was recommended to us by our lovely B&B hosts and we were not disappointed! My husband and I love Mediterranean and Indian cuisine. We enjoyed the bruschetta, lamb curry and butter chicken paired with the Chateau Saint-Sulpice. Our dishes came with basmati rice and naan. The portions were perfect, the flavors exquisite, and the presentation top notch. The staff were absolutely fabulous and the owner was so gracious and inviting. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The ambiance was super cool, too. What a great spot!! We wish you much success!”

“My first, but not last, visit to Burnley Vineyard. This vineyard is family owned and ran. Very friendly and welcoming. It was like going to a friend's home you haven't seen in awhile and catching up with them. I have been to a lot of vineyards and this one had a feeling of being amongst friends, not just a customer. Not only that but the wine is amazing. I have never been able to find a red wine I like. Now I have, Dog Gone Red! The bonus is the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this vineyard. You will not run into people working for a paycheck. You will meet people that care about their wine and you.”

“What a great find! Delicious coffee and a perfectly sweet 'croffle' made a beautiful sunny morning even more delightful. I've never seen a kid's play area in a coffee shop - but it made us stop by and it was totally worth it! Our toddler got to play with the toys while we watched him and enjoyed our peaceful morning. Very hospitable hosts, large coffee shop with ample parking. I highly recommend Bittersweet Java!”

“Our wedding day at Keswick Vineyards was perfect from start to finish - not an exaggeration. Everyone on staff made the entire day seamless, so we were able to truly just arrive and enjoy the day. When weather caused a hiccup in our day, our cocktail hour was moved under the tent no problem, drinks were brought to the wedding party while we waited out the storm, and we were able to keep to our schedule due to Cindy and team's fantastic planning. The venue itself was beautiful - the pool, house, and vineyard made the perfect photo backdrop, the carriage house where we got ready was the perfect secluded spot for our wedding parties, and I just truly didn't have to think of a single thing. The inclusions to the venue rental (tent, chairs, tables, etc.) made planning that much easier, along with vendor recommendations, and Cindy and team are true professionals who know what they're doing and will ensure your day is just about you and your love story. We were also lucky to have Cindy as our month of coordinator, which if you're lucky enough to snag one of her limited spots, DO IT! Going into our wedding, I truly felt so stress-free and like everything was out of my hands and handled. I truly cannot recommend getting married here enough, and it makes me so happy that we'll be able to share a bottle of Keswick wine together each anniversary. Just truly can't fit how wonderful this whole team and venue is in a single review. I am so grateful our wedding day was so special and perfect thanks to this place. This is a dream venue.”

Kris made the planning easy for my niece Janie and me (we both live out of state) with excellent menu options, readiness to take on a new (Korean) dish for family members from Korea, and up-to-the minute flexibility. He planned and joined us at a wine tasting at Montefalco Vineyard, and guided our choices of wines that paired well with our menu. The dining room was perfect for our multi-aged crowd. The food was most excellent. Kris even brought in a Korean cook to manage the kitchen for the evening. We had a last-minute question if there was a gluten-free option on our menu, they prepared dish on the buffet gluten-free--that's over the top in my book! Kris's staff was so cordial and accommodating, providing what we needed. Such a delightful time with family & friends, food, and fellowship. A fierce Virginia thunderstorm rolled in, complete with lightning and heavy rain, but thanks to the venue’s excellent planning and back-up indoor spaces, everyone stayed completely dry and comfortable. The food has all familiar taste but also seems to not be exactly the same as every other dish of the same name at other restaurants. In my mind this is a good thing. It’s general tso chicken, but….has more…..it just has something that takes it to eleven”
