“Have you ever been excited about grilled vegetables? Usually it's not the most exciting thing to order. But the grilled vegetables on the Exchange Cafe menu are far from usual. They are outstanding with a smoky flavor transforming plain grilled veggies into something WOW! Hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic complemented them perfectly. My husband loved the smoked meats as well. A vegan smoky tofu scramble to add to the breakfast taco options and/or smoothies would be a welcomed addition to their home cooked breakfast options. It's excellent scratch food with friendly service to match. Don't hesitate to go!”

“Stopped in for a tasting while doing the wine trail. This place felt less big corporate winery and more mom & pop, which was refreshing. Their wines are delicious. Tasting was only $8, and bottle prices were great, so we left with a couple!”

“What a great find! Delicious coffee and a perfectly sweet 'croffle' made a beautiful sunny morning even more delightful. I've never seen a kid's play area in a coffee shop - but it made us stop by and it was totally worth it! Our toddler got to play with the toys while we watched him and enjoyed our peaceful morning. Very hospitable hosts, large coffee shop with ample parking. I highly recommend Bittersweet Java!”

“My wife and I stopped in for brunch New Year’s Day while out doing some antique hunting. I’d read about this place several years ago and was excited to try it out. I had the burger and my wife had the truffled eggs Benedict. My burger was cooked just the way I requested and was delicious. The parm fries were the perfect side. My wife enjoyed her eggs Benedict as well with the fried potatoes. Highly recommend their homemade hot sauce. It was really good on the burger! I look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.”
