Just spent almost a half hour in the drive thru line. The actual restaurant was closed to go IN. Get to the window, he doesn’t confirm my order just hands me a bag without speaking; takes my card… then when I guess I look annoyed, he finally apologizes and says “Shift change, it’s been a long day…”
I’m sorry but that’s not my issue. Drive thru isn’t supposed to take 30* minutes. And where is any of the quality of good service?

Hardee's is a hit and miss fast food restaurant. Sometimes the food is nice and hot and good, like a burger that is one of the best fast food burgers. The breakfast biscuit is perfection, buttery and soft and fresh. Unfortunately, sometimes the food is lukewarm or a burger is cold, and a bun’s edges can be quite hard. The fries were hot but the grease needs to be changed. A recurring issue is a smell of bad oil, like the fry oil needs to be resolved. The staff is often noted as very friendly, very nice, smiling and sweet, and busy but good.
