The managers were very accommodating to constantly changing my reservation. All my fault. They took care of everything. Food was good and the specialty items were great. Apps were a definite plus
This is our favorite restaurant in Blacksburg because the service is top notch, the wine list is fantastic, and there isn't a bad dish on the menu. The food and wine pairings rotate with the season, but even the dishes that are on the menu full time are outstanding. I had the chicken cordon bleu and was amazed at the crispness and the flavor. The duck was similarly good. There is a reason it is hard to get a reservation at this restaurant.
Booked an OpenTable reservation for Father's Day. I requested a table with a nice view. We were seated in a corner area behind a bookcase with stored items behind our booth. I should've requested a different spot, but I didn't because what really counted was the company. Cocktails and wines were nice, and the potato appetizer was tasty and arrived quickly.
