The food is absolutely amazing. Tim and Melissa did a great job with food service and preparation.
If you are traveling along I-81 and go through Winchester, VA, don't miss Hog It Up BBQ! We stopped for a late lunch and found the food incredibly good. Loved the brisket, the fried corn, the corn puddin, and sweoke beans. Loved talking to the Chef. The service was good and the ambiance was wonderfully fun. Guy Fieri, where are you?
What a find in Winchester. An authentic Texas BBQ joint with some class and a full service bar to boot, pardon the pun.
