“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

“Absolutely phenomenal experience at CHIC’N CRAVE in Petersburg! I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. That kind of care and quality, especially so close to closing time, really impressed me. The food? Top-tier. The chicken sandwiches were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the tenders were juicy with a golden crunch. But the honey biscuits stole the show—soft, buttery, and just the right touch of sweetness. What really stood out, though, was the service. The owner personally greeted me with a warm welcome, and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality and pride in both food and service. “Highly recommend!! Stands out with a fresh & fun name, the detail of the inside & outside of the restaurant is like woah which matches the great vibe of all the employees. Welcomed in, no pressure to order & I asked to try a variety of sauces/rubs with fresh af fries. Ordered the smoked wings with garlic buffalo & boneless wings with lemon pep buffalo, which both flavors were delicious! All the recipes come from their employees which was such an awesome concept. Turn around time from ordering was about 10 min & the food was steaming when it came out. Both bleu cheese & ranch were delicious, the smoked flavor of the wings elevated the sauce flavors. The boneless wings were good sized, not overwhelmed with breading, & 10 were quite filling. The fries were so crispy and delicious, just peep your teeth after as there's seeds sprinkled on them. The customer service was excellent, made you feel welcomed, & positive vibes! The decor & music also matches the funky upbeat vibe. Only down side is the floor is a tad sticky but I feel that's slightly expected with a wing place. Don't let that deter you. 10/10 would recommend! Would totally go back to try one of their sandwiches or something else on the menu or get the wings again!“

“Great chicken, great potato wedges, they have Dr. Pepper and Mountain Dew which is great. Only bad thing is I went on a Friday night and the drive through line was so long and had people cutting in line.

Parking: Parking lot is huge, multiple stop signs that cause people to cut in line for the drive through when their busy.“

“Menu choice was consistent as in past visits, however this visit was a bit disappointing overall. Slipping and falling while turning the corner to the restrooms was not how I expected to end the visit. While attempting to get up, noticed entirely too much water left on the floor (same as in restroom), and NO "wet floor" signage placed. I alerted a staff member of what happened and that signage needs to be up. Staff needs to ensure to NOT leave excessive water when mopping and throw up signs.“

“I really liked the food there. I used to like in nyc and there is a place called ktown there and I used to go to a bbq chicken branch there so I’m feeling nostalgic about the food too. The hot and spicy chicken is definitely a 10/10 and better than any other bbq I’ve been to. It’s even better that there’s a boba place next to it to pair it up. Boba and chicken is always amazing!!!“

“This Chick is my FAVE!! The employees are some nice and welcoming. They never make me feel as though they don't want to be there or that I am a bother. They ALWAYS try to accommodate my orders even when I order fries and / or salad during breakfast hours. Other stores just say "we don't do that."

The gentleman I spoke with, whom I assume operate the business has plenty and information and option to feel the belly. And let's not forget about the cook. “The food is great, and the service exceptional, but my only major complaint is about the app.

Not everyone has a data plan, so they should install a Wi-Fi repeater at least to cover the curbside parking spots. When I try to confirm that I've arrived and relayed my parking spot, not only does the order not get sent, it logs you out of the app completely (so you're really out of luck of you don't remember your password). To avoid this, you need to go inside to use their Wi-Fi, and that defeats the whole point of curbside!“

“Tasty Chicken is one of my favorite hang out despite everyone there is Gualamalin. The food most of the time is very good. The some of the prices are cheaper than competitors. You can get a loaded burrito for $8.00. That burrito will fill you up because it takes two hands to eat one.“

“Everything is always great, staff is also great, except our last experience with Gauge. Not only did he rush our order processing, he ignored our free sandwich reward, and told us we asked for sauces when we did not. It’s not a huge deal, but this wasn’t our first time having an issue with this person. Everything else is great though!!“

“This Chick-FiL-A is always properly staffed! This order was like all the rest: ACCURATE! (We order from here with an embarrasing frequency, which increases the odds for errors!) I was concerned when they changed manager/operators, however the renovation and complete redesign of the drivethrough have improved both the anxiety of navigating the prior chicane drivethrough, and the inability sometimes to exit the north exit due to drivethrough high-traffic times, as well as the ability to navigate the parking lot on foot. Finally, the recent addition of the mobile order lane is a GAME CHANGER! No more waiting behind people who are attempting to order for 7, with specific modifications to half of the items, and paying with multiple payment methods! (We order for 4, so the app makes it EASY!) Now I zip in and there're rarely more than 2 cars ahead of us, and BAM! We have food before the people who'd ordered through a Chick-Fil-A employee minutes before we arrived. I thought Jonathan managed this place well. The new manager operator Blake is KILLING IT!“

Very kind, patient, and knowledgeable of the menu when my brother asked for gluten free options. It’s obvious that he’s very hardworking and a strong asset to the team here. “I wanted some real spot fried chicken, not the uptight mama kitchen 2 pieces for twenty dollars and other so called hipster spots.This joint is in a gas station, so it's scares the local cary town polos and yoga pants away. I'm a hypocrite cuz I rock Lululemon sometimes too ?.I ordered chicken, biscuits, cornbread, fries. All were awesome. Fries were soggy yet still bangin like some subs in an 87 Cutlass. Chicken is 9 out of ten. Clean, not greasy. Biscuits and corn bread 7.5/10. The manager Francis held me down and was on top of his customer service game. Def recommend as a dope spot. It's a franchise too for those scared of the gas station. Word life.“

“I can’t say enough great things about the Popeyes near Salisbury next to Publix! Camara, the manager, runs an exceptional store. I pass by other Popeyes locations just to come to this one, and it’s worth every extra mile! The restaurant is always spotless, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. “I read one review and had to try this place out. It did not disappoint! Spicy chicken tenders were large and cooked perfectly. The shrimp were decent. The potato wedges made a nice side. The mother - daughter duo running the show were both helpful and very friendly. Check it out!“

“I ordered from Postmates and I clicked on the address, and then I realized that it’s actually made in IHOP’s kitchen. Honestly it’s a great chicken sandwich… i love the sauce and also the waffle fries too. I think I’ll try the sliders next“
