“So happy that they brought back the tostada and green sauce. I grew up in California my Grandmother and I went to Taco Bell and I always got the tostada with green sauce and the bean burrito with green sauce. I saw an ad that they brought it back so I had to see for myself. Please keep serving it. Yummy 👍👍“

“Staff was nice, but my chicken sandwich was hard from being over cooked. I’ll try back another time and see how it goes next time. The others around me looked fine though. They should have noticed when putting it on the sand which and not served it. Everything else was great.“

“Ordered my food and could tell the staff was behind on orders. The manager was helping them get back into the flow of things. They took our name and then we waited for about 30 minutes before we got our food. Usually, I would just leave and ask for my money back but bc I understand food service, I didn’t complain and chose to give grace. My first job was Roy Rodger’s so I really wanted my food. It was nostalgic for me. The manager was very kind and he was also patient with his team which stood out to me. They finally called my name and were very appreciative and apologetic about their service and the wait. Everything turned out ok.“

“This Arby's has quick service and courteous staff. I've eaten in and gone through the drive-thru several times, and they always get my order right. The fact they always get my order right is crucial to me since I have six kids and don't like having to go back and complain that something is missing.“

“After the Strasburg experience, we still wanted Taco Bell. Went through their drive thru, didn't have to remind them of the Sunday Taco special. Was parked out of the drive thru but only for 3 minutes. The food was correct, tasted great and they included silverware, napkins and sauces!“

“We went there today, 4/2/2025, (around 4:00) and they had the nicest crew working there! The young man at the cashier was very polite and helpful. They make everything to order, so you might have to wait a hot second, but the food and treats are worth it!“

“The food was fresh which is a huge plus when stopping at McDonald's for me. But there was no workers up front and the few that could see me at the counter kept going with what they was doing as I wasn't there. I could see there was only a couple orders on the drive through as I was one of 3 customers in the lobby nog counting my daughter, and the other 2 was an older couple and already eating there meals. I waited over 5 minutes just to place our order if my daughter wasn't crying and ready to eat we would of left without ordering anything.“

“With all McDonald's I've gone to . I've always been very unhappy with something. But due to the rain I decide to stop at this one. My picky order was to my satisfaction and given to me with in a minute . Manager on duty was on our feet and had her eyes everywhere on her crew. I'd like to say thank you for a quick and fast service and hot food usually I go to a McDonald's and it's cold made wrong and I get a drink that sat for 5 or 10 minutes. So thank you for quality service today if I'm ever back in this area again I shall definitely stop.“

“Service 1 star. There's never 2 people on both cashiers in lobby and always just 1 cashier which causes back ups and uncleanliness. There should be more help considering this specific Cook Out closest for people in Maryland and most Northern location so lot of people travel here. Mens bathroom is consistently unclean and mens urinal constantly out of order.
Kid-friendliness: No obscure music plays. Only Christian music. 2 high chairs available. Lobby sink. JR Trays available.“

Points reward system. I seem to almoat always earn my self a free reward which can be valued up to almoat a 3$ item. (I always get the double stacked taco)
Honestly charging money for the Verde and the new hot sauce is pretty dumb. IMO.
But it's fast food. This usually doesn't mess up my order.
Vegetarian options: They have options to choose or swap things to make it vegi or vegan
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat lot. No stairs. Parking spots.“

“Apple Blossom Weekend and this store sits at the hub. It is a small store. Staff handled the crowd marvelously. Very organized. Not one person frazzled. Did they forget my large fry? Yes. However, when the issue was brought to their attention, they were quick to resolve. I noticed this with every concern brought to their attention. Again, the sheer volume of orders (drive thru, lobby, and app) was incredible. Mistakes are going to happen. But customer service, good customer service, is hard to come by these days. We'll, not at the McDonald's by Handley High this Apple Blossom weekend.“

“Always enjoy my Jimmy John's Subs, however the girl building sandwiches had extremely greasy hair, was wearing a mask pulled down just below her nose and sadly seemed to have some type of upper respiratory illness. Thankful for the masks as it relates to people preparing food only!“

“Great Panda! We’re in Winchester and drove to FR just to get Panda again! We’ve been 3 times in the last couple weeks and the food has always been fresh (it was always a 50-50 shot @ the Winchester store). Employees weren’t very friendly, but they’ve also been pretty swamped each time we’ve been. Small complaints about the service, but the food redeemed them.“
“Friday I placed an order online for 2 pepperoni pizza's, I had a special request but didn't see where to enter it when I placed my order. So I called when the store opened and made my request. The pizza was for a going away lunch so I was anxious for the order to be correct and it was Better than correct. I asked for the pepperonis to be in a heart shape on the pizza's and they made the pizza's into hearts!! It was perfect! Absolutely perfect! Huge shout out to Stephen's city Papa John's!! You helped make the lunch perfect!“

“I've eaten at better subways. I seemed rush to get in and get out. But I was the only one in the store at time.
My steak and cheese was warm but not hot. And the bread seemed a lil hard and old. Probably will not go back to this particular location.“

“Had a Black Forest Cherry Cake and potato salad for family birthday party. The cake was absolutely delicious and enjoyed and the German potato salad was among the best I have had . I have not had a disappointing meal here. Keep up the good work.“
