“We’ve had many amazing meals at Ahso and the food is always delicious, inventive and elevated. Such a fine dining gem in Loudoun County. Cocktails are best in the area and the wine pairing dinner is lovely. Service is top notch and always friendly and knowledgeable staff.“

I genuinely wish the restaurant offered online reservations through a platform such as OpenTable. Being able to reserve a table ahead of time would make an already great restaurant significantly more convenient.

And that’s really the only reason I’m giving Ashburn Pub four stars instead of five.

The staff? Five stars.
The drinks? Five stars.
The food? Five stars.
The prices? Five stars.
The seating availability? That’s where the extra star gets lost.

Ashburn Pub has everything you want from a great neighborhood establishment: excellent food, fantastic drinks, genuinely friendly service, and prices that won’t leave you wondering whether you accidentally paid for the building.

Four stars from me—but if they ever add more seating or implement a reliable reservation system, this would easily be a five-star experience.

Until then, plan ahead and be prepared to compete with the rest of Ashburn for a table or a seat at the bar if you’re especially lucky that day.“

“If you're at IAD & hungry for a meal - hot, fast, satisfying - find Chef Geoff's by gate C14. Although it was packed when we came through, host was a hawk watching tables & we were sat quickly. Table cleaned thoroughly, drinks & dinner orders taken efficiently but with no sense of rushing. Food was hot, tasty, & generous. Would never know this was an airport restaurant, wish it was in my neighborhood.“

“We went to Tuscarora Mill for my husband’s birthday weekend and had such a good dinner. The building and atmosphere are fantastic, the service was excellent, and the food lived up to the reputation. It feels like a Leesburg institution in the best way. This was one of the meals we were most looking forward to on the trip and it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend.“

“Parallel has become one of our favorite go-to spots for happy hour. The atmosphere is relaxed yet lively. We absolutely love the duck fat fries. They are crisp and thick cut. The fried pickles are also very good and if the kids are with us we get the chicken and waffles and kids mac n cheese. It's an amazing gourmet mac n cheese and the fresh fruit side is picture perfect every time.

Montepulciano has become one of our favorite wines. I also enjoy the pinot grigio and sauvignon blanc in the summer. We weren't fans of the chardonnay, but the rest of the wines more than make up for it. Great old fashioned - well balanced.

Service has always been good. All the servers are friendly and knowledgeable about the drink and food menus. We love the atmosphere as well. Very rustic and down to earth.“

The private rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff, especially OJ was friendly, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and have fun with friends. They have excellent karaoke rooms, good food and drinks, and the whole experience felt lively without being overwhelming. It’s a great spot for birthdays, group outings, or just a fun night out.“

“​A cool little hidden gem in downtown Leesburg! You enter through Sidebar Coffee and walk around the back to reach the outdoor patio and bar area. Its part of the Sidebar establishment.

It has a great vibe and often features live music on the weekends. I stopped in for drinks and snacks, everything came out on time, and the cauliflower was absolutely delicious. There’s definitely room for improvement on the hospitality side to make guests feel a bit more welcomed, but overall it’s a nice spot.

I’ll be back another weekend to try their lunch.“

“I recently hosted a rehearsal dinner at the Party Bar and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. I opted for a bar buyout to make it a private event, and Dana, the events manager, was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly detailed, communicative, and accommodating—especially helpful since I was planning from out of town. On the night of the dinner, our bartenders—Carter, Tyler, and Chris—were outstanding. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also ensured the buffet stayed stocked throughout the entire three-hour event. Carter even set out to-go boxes at the end of the night so guests could take leftovers home, ensuring nothing went to waste. Everyone raved about the food, and the space was more spacious than I expected. By rearranging the tables, I was able to comfortably seat all 65 guests. I highly recommend the Party Bar for any event or just a fun night out with great food, drinks, and service!“

With many of our colleagues there, we hoped there would be a place to unwind and the staff at Black Olive didn't disappoint. I want to specifically thank Lisa and Zuri for their kindness, exceptional service, and great mixology skills. They went above and beyond for all of us to ensure we had a wonderful time at the pool tables, darts, cornball, and our drinks were made promptly and accurately. “Very nice hotel restaurant. People visit despite not staying at the hotel. I’ve had both breakfast and dinner here and the service and food is very good. I don’t find it to be a British pub but apparently it is. As you’d expect, the liquor, wine and beer lists are very extensive. The wings are great and so is the burger. They have a few sweet options if you’re looking for that as well. Seating is first come first serve and usually pretty active in the evening regardless of day of the week. Mornings seem to be a bit less busy but the coffee is good, hot and fresh!“

“Chili's was my go-to hang out in high school, and it had my favorite grilled chicken sandwich. I have not been to a Chili's in years and decided to re-visit my young adult favorite. I am happy to say it has withstood the test of time. The chips and salsa were just as I remembered, and the queso and house-made guacamole were good as well. My adult beverage, a frozen cherry margarita with Patron, was excellent, and the grilled chicken sandwich and fries were pretty close to the ones in my fond memories! I will definitely be back!“
