Every bite said, “Sir, this is not fast food — this is fine dining between buns.” My wife had the Paris Burger — imagine garlic-kissed beef topped with brie so creamy it probably auditioned for a romance film, with balsamic onions adding the drama. While the food was delicious (great burgers and sauces), the behavior of the employee who was at the counter today was completely unprofessional. He was rude and hostile, which made our group feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We enjoyed the food, but we have decided not to return to this location due to his unacceptable attitude. I hope the management of this location addresses this issue.“

Our events coordinator, Emily, was so helpful and brainstormed with me since we had a rather large group. The wait staff attentive and friendly, the food delicious and cocktails tasty. “We ordered out from here for lunch and absolutely loved it! The fried chicken was very crispy and juicy- I would definitely recommend the soy garlic flavor. The kimbap was also solid. The ramen was our favorite though. It's the perfect level of spice and the broth flavor was amazing!“

“I love Red Robin's burgers and overall food selection. It's generally easy to get a seat and you can order delivery too. The staff are friendly and responsive in my experience. You can also pay at the table. The cleanliness could be improved, especially the bathrooms but otherwise it's great!“
