“Not much of a dine in place, but then again, that’s not the aim. We picked up and ate at home. I ordered pork wontons and General Tao’s chicken. The wontons had a nice crunch on the outside, and burst with flavor inside. The General Tao’s was great! My bride had crab rangoons and Kung Pao chicken. She said both were delicious, with the Kung Pao being the best she’s ever had. We will definitely be back often!“

“We absolutely LOVE Oriental Cafe! Our family has been going there for YEARS and they’ve never disappointed. We’ve tried dozens of things from the menu (including from the sushi menu) and everything has been spectacular. The food and especially the vegetables in the entrees are fresh, high quality. The staff and especially the ownership are very friendly, kind, professional, and respectful. And the prices are very fair. Can’t recommend this place enough, it’s absolutely worth going!“

“By far best Chinese food in Harrisonburg, nothing else comes close. They have maybe one or two tables so its not an eat in place, they're usually using the table for other things. It's not really a great place to sit and eat anyway. The staff has been consistently average, not very friendly but not rude in any way. The food quality surpasses any displeasure I have with the atmosphere.“

“5 stars all the way across the board. The staff are super friendly, very accommodating and continuously keep things clean and replenished. The atmosphere is peaceful. The food is authentic and unique. The plum wine, which was recommended by our server, is to die for. The sushi is fresh and probably the best I’ve ever had. I never even knew I like mussels until I tried the hunan mussels. They were spicy and perfectly done. The peanut chicken was amazing.“

“It was my first time visiting yesterday, and I must say…. The customer service was so impeccable, I was confused if I came to the right location. Usually I’m use to walking out of Chinese places with amnesia and PTSD. Came 10 minutes before closing, owner had no problem, took the order with a smile, made the food fresh, took their time, and all left as soon as we received the food. No fighting or extra charging over chili oil and sauces!“

“Panda Express usually puts WAY too much salt (soy sauce) on veggies. But veggies, and both entrees were perfect. Especially impressive because it was 9PM.P.S.
