“This location is hit or miss- no hot McCafe , so no lattes which makes me skip this locations often.
Basic menu is fine , I wouldnt recommend ordering the chicken tenders - took forever to get them and they were not cooked through. That was a once and done so could have been a fluke but no willing to try again. Can be difficult tonget in and out of the parking lot as its a busy area. Employees are always friendly.“

“Passing through on our way up to NY. We didn’t eat any food but the pastries looked amazing. The coffee is what I’m here to talk about! I’m going to have to say this might be the best coffee I have ever had and I have had a lot. We are dark roast with a shot of espresso fans. No room for cream or sugar. The flavor profile was nutty and toasty. Delish! A+ and 2 thumbs up!“

“I have eaten at Broad Porch Coffee Company twice now. The first time I had the chai latte with a Biscuit Sammy and both were very delicious! The second time was at their Porchlight Plates, private dinner service which was managed by Brandon Tapley, whom I must say did an impeccable job! The food creations, by Maria Cooper, during this event was incredibly scrumptious! They provided a very memorable dining experience with beautiful ambience and decor! The service by Abby was impeccable and the live music by Tjax_21 was fantastic! I really can’t say enough good things about Broad Porch or recommend it enough! You simply have to try this place out.“

“Very chill environment with great coffees and teas in real mugs (not plastic or carton), which is a rarity in this area so that’s awesome! First time hearing about a London fog so the woman who attended us gave me a sample and I loved it; delicious pastries to choose from- we tried banana bread and it was finger licking good with crunchy bits on the edges!!! Lots of different seating options and many coffee table books to look through and they also have a chess board available for playing. Will definitely return!!!

P. S. Something that should be noted is that their kitchen for sandwiches and food that needs preparing in the moment closes at 4pm.“

“The coffee shop was great with all kinds of scrumptious goodies. Staff was very friendly.
I loved all the whimsical cards - I think they were made by a local artist and cheaper than from a well known card store.
You can find some unusual things like the deviled eggs made of white chocolate.
There is plenty of parking and a beautiful view sitting outback“

“Excellent coffee my only complaint is the company pricing 7 dollars a day for venti ice mocha should be 4 to 5 max a cup or at the very least get a free coffee every 5th cup something the current rewards isn't worth price but I love starbucks but to think I spend 2600 to 3000 a year on coffee is alot but this actual spot solid and do well making drinks“

“I have been coming to Kaffee Klatsch for years, and I’ve had an incredible experience every single time. I’ve tried a variety of their drinks, and they are always exceptionally delicious. The staff are friendly, warm, and incredibly patient, which makes every visit even better. The pretzels are absolutely to die for, and the prices are more than fair. I also frequently stop by to buy their signature whole-bean espresso, which is one of my favorites. The Kaffee Klatsch is truly one of my favorite places, and I always look forward to coming back!

“This Starbucks location gets a lot of traffic from I-81 and James Madison University. But the service is fast and good. It is a great place to stop! In fact, there is a new second Starbucks at this same Port Republic Road exit -- so you have a choice between two Starbucks here!“

“While of course I would always recommend Starbucks, however, this location randomly closes in the afternoon’s and it’s very frustrating. This is the third time I’ve been there and the store and the drive-through are completely closed. What’s up Starbucks?“

“Holidays are hard. Yesterday while I was traveling to go see my terminally ill mom, my 3 year old and teething baby had finally fallen asleep in the car and I needed a pick me up and mobile ordered a drink for myself, purposely drove to the store with a drive thru so I wouldn’t have to disturb my kids. Of course, I selected the wrong one on the app and instead of making me drive down the hill and have to wake my kids up and go inside, the amazing young lady said just show me your receipt and we can make it for you here. I was so thankful I could stay in my car, not wake up my babies, and still get my much needed pick me up. When I got to the window I told her how much I appreciated it and she noticed my day was less than ideal and offered to get me a cake pop. Immediate tears. I did not catch your name, but I am so thankful our paths crossed yesterday. You are an amazing person and Starbucks is soooo lucky to have your smiling face.“
