Also super cool that they foster cats for a short time to help them get adopted. Teas/coffees/cats?! Can't beat that combination! “Lunch on 4-6-24@ 2 pmI liked this diner. We were told to sit anywhere. Since we weren't greated by our waitress within a few minutes I grabbed a couple of menues to peruse. I went for the club, A favorite of mine since childhood. The Mrs went for a Reuben. We both took a bag of chips out of a large selection of sides and served with a dill spear.My sandwich was perfect. The Reuben 's meat was flavorful but too much butter on the grill so the bread was mushy. I liked the place! A real hometown diner!!“
“We ordered a cortado, latte, and cold brew and everything was delicious! On top of that we were able to buy a few toys in the market to entertain our kids on our car ride.It was the perfect stop on our car ride to Snowshoe.Parking: Park in the public garage on the same block and then take the alley to the coffee shop.“
“Coffee was great, cool atmosphere, nice folks working at the counter. Very clean, they have art from local artists which is pretty cool. We came at the end of the day so the muffin I had felt like it was at the counter for most of the day, but it had great flavor. Will definitely be back!“
“Looks brand new. Pumps worked like new and everything was stocked and available...papertowels...squeegee, receipts. Ground was nice and clean by the pumps... a nice change from many filthy gas stations in Virginia where you have to watch your step. The bathroom was clean. No loud obnoxious music like some gas stations nowadays. Easy in and out and spacious gas pump area. Impressed.“
“Mostly good experiences. Only been there at breakfast. I prefer strong coffee and for me, the coffee is always weak tasting and the breakfast potatoes are never browned and that's my preference as well. Food portions are great, very filling and the prices are good. Service depends on who you get. Despite being regulars, on our last visit, our server disappeared constantly as we waited patiently for our only coffee refill. Wanted to know what the pie selection was and finally flagged down someone else but when the waitress bothered to get close by, her only response was to yell rudely, "Ain't got none" as she disappeared yet again into the back. That one always looks seriously mad and we tip very well so no clue why. There was only one other table. I've worked restaurants most of my life so her attitude is unacceptable. The other server is always smiling and friendly.“
“I was torn between the lemon bar and key lime pie, so I asked the cashier what she prefers and she said the lemon bar.I got the lemon bar per her recommendation. After the first bite I took, I had no words. I was left speechless. This is the best lemon bar I have EVER had. I still think about it in my sleep. 10000x would recommend. It is the PERFECT amount of tartness. Oh my. I wanted to gatekeep this so badly, but I didn't want to be selfish. You need to get it!!“

“Drive-thru was quick, service was good. The parking lot is extremely cramped and the fact that you have to go around the drive-thru line on a super tight lane right next to the drive-thru and between an atm drive-thru lane just to get in line is a bit illogical. Nevertheless, drinks & food were excellent.“

“We were looking for a bite after leaving Shenandoah NP on our way to New River Gorge NP, and saw they did sandwiches here. Gonna go ahead and add a pic of their menu board. They got a couple options that sounded good. The two gals working were nice. The sandwiches were mid, nothing special. I got one on a hot-dog bun sized "sub roll" and pops got three slices of turkey, two slices cheese, two slices bacon on two white pieces of bread - toasted. Two sandwiches, two bags of chips, and two bottles of water was bout 25$. They got books, toys, soaps, candy, chips and sodas, and local meat and cheese for sale, and some tobacco products. Looks like a country store and a second hand shop - had some ol furniture, antique-looking stuff reasonably priced , some quilts and crochet for sale.Didn't have a negative experience, but if I'm in the area and looking for food, I'd keep driving. Left hungry and unwilling to drop another 25$ for us to get two more sandwiches, chips, and water.“
“One of the perks of working near The Corner is that Starbucks is a stone throws away. The baristas' are always so nice and welcoming even when I only stop in for two seconds. Really cool upstairs that is usually quiet and a great place to get work done. My drinks aren't always perfect but I'm always satisfied.“
“Cute little coffee shop. Coffee was ? Lemon blueberry muffin was sooooo good. I was worried it wouldn't be because it was gluten free but I was not disappointed! Their Iced latte is one of my top ones on my list. Staff super friendly! Definitely recommend!“
