“Stopped by last night… friendly staff, good food and good beer!“

“This location has turned around so much in the past few years. I use to come on night shift but when Steven was the manager I would have to wait for almost 30 mins for my order and when I got it, it was cold. I usually show up in the morning and Dreya, Tristin and lianna are amazing. I know that being under new owners is a change that takes time to get use to. But everyone there is taking it in stride. Courtney on day shift is an absolutely rockstar on Sundays and Wednesday (senior night) she is running it like a boss. I have watched her stop what she is doing usually during shift change, to help night shift do their job the night shift manager would leave his crew to figure things out on their own. I would hear a door shut I am assuming the office and Courtney would come around the corner and jump right in and get all orders out fast. I have heard all managers except the night shift manager encourage their crew members that they are doing a great job and that they would help them get through it together. The night shift manager would stand there with his hands crossed and say he didn't give a fuck about anything. And Debbie is a rockstar and is one of the best you can tell that she loves her stores and has personally picked the managers she has here. I will be back to eat dinner during the night shift soon just to see how it is without the negativity is gone. Keep up the hard work you guys rock“

“We stopped in the Hard Rock Casino in Bristol, TN. We have had good meals at the Hard Rock in Orlando, London, Iceland and Portugal. This Hard Rock in Bristol did not disappoint. Close to us was Ed Sheeran’s long-sleeve shirt; Olivia Newton John’s dress and a Willie Nelson’s guitar on display. \n\nIt is rather a huge place with plenty of tables and booths. The service was prompt and friendly. \n\nMy wife enjoyed her salad. My daughter enjoyed the Salmon over pasta. It was done just perfectly. \n\nOur waiter recommended the Chicken Sliders for me. The three sliders did come out moist, tasty and fulfilling. There was plenty of “crunch” with the chicken. We did notice the table next to us enjoying a Hard Rock Café dessert.\n\nFor three people our bill came to be about $100. What we did notice about the bill was that Virginia placed an “extra” tax of $5 on our food. We had not encountered that policy before. If this Hard Rock was just built a mile over, we would have been in Tennessee where there wasn’t any “extra” tax. \n\nOverall, we were pleasantly surprised on how good our lunch was. 5 Stars here at this Hard Rock, minus the extra tax of course.“

“I just want to give a HUGE Thank you to our local Hardees for graciously donating free meal coupons to us here at Highland's Thrift Store, Bristol, VA so we can help the less fortunate that come in for clothes and are hungry, get something to eat. My heart is so full that so many people are willing to come together and help someone in need. We are truly thankful. As of today, it's the first time we were able to give one to a customer in need and let me tell ya..I had to go to the bathroom and cry lol.“

“Short changed by the guy that brought the food out. Walked by several times after that , did it on purpose. Change was less than the tip I kept. Food better than average. Too many workers out smoking by the order booths. No more business there.“

“In Bristol Tn, go to the Sonic on Volunteer Parkway. The one on West State has a VERY VERY RUDE woman working there. She actually argued with me about a special that Sonic was running. I called the Volunteer Parkway Sonic and asked if that special was still running as the app said. The VERY VERY NICE lady answered yes it was. I told her what the other location had said. She was speechless. I will not be going back to West State St Sonic.“

“I drove thru Bristol and thought I give this Wendy's a try.
The chicken sandwich was absolutely perfect, best I had anywhere in a long time. It also looked great, not just like somebody threw it together. Perfect.
The French Fries were perfect as well, crunchy, not too much fat taste, not too salty, perfect again. On my next pass thru Bristol, I will stop there again!!!“

“I gave this place 3-stars a couple years ago. They've come a long way!
We stopped for breakfast on Sunday. We were seated quickly, waited upon promptly by Beth, and served great food. I had eggs Benedict and forgot to ask for extra hollandaise sauce (because it can be overcooked and dry), but it was perfect! We all enjoyed our food. Beth was very attentive and efficient. The icing on the cake... I used the restroom and 2 employees were at the sinks with lather up to their forearms chatting. They left with very cleansed hands! (I recently left another cafe where the waitress came out of a smelly stall, waved her hands under a dribble of cold water and wiped them on her shirt as she exited!)

“Best Wendy’s I’ve ever been. Food was good as usual. The lady at the cash register was very nice. Inside was very clean and smelled clean. The food came out in about 1-2 minutes which is fast. That’s why this is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to.“

“I went for a Taco Salad last night ticket #3349 restaurant #00010925 Volunteer Parkway Bristol, Tn. I was served the slimiest, nastiest, grossed salad EVER for $9.28. It looked like a Science project. I had to drive ALL the way back and go in this time instead of the drive thru. I ask for a salad that was fresh. The lady looked into the frig were they are stored shook her head but didn't trash the other nasty ones they planned on serving but did request for me a new one fresh made as I requested. Was scared to eat it even because the man that made it was highly pissed when he brought it from the back. I never got an apology for my trouble, no manager spoke to me to apologize. Stood there forever and when I ask for a small cup for a drink since I had been waiting so long that was refused. I shall never eat there again. Times are tough and just to come home still scared to eat what they gave me because they were pissed is sad. Lesson learned $9.28 down the drain 😔 threw it away as well as my relationship with them.“
