Froyo is great; customer service needs some work. I was not greeted when entering the store nor when I approached the register. The girl at the register didn’t speak except to give me my total. I had to ask her to enter my phone number to receive my loyalty member benefits. The other associate in the store was cleaning the entire time I was there, and the store was very clean. I love Sweet Frog and especially the new Georgia Peach flavor! I appreciate the young ladies who were working the front during my visit. Emma and Chloe were were masked up and I felt safe and well served during this troubling time.

We had a horrible encounter with the young lady working last night. We were unable to get yogurt. We fired off a email to the owner. We stoped by the next day and the young lady was very pleasant! She let us know the owner revived our email and is taking action. We were pleased to get our favorite yogurt!
