“20250714 Stopped here around 9:40 tonight to get some fried chicken for my pup. We only eat dark meat, and fortunately, they have dark meat available when I arrived this late. Thankfully, when I ordered 3 or 4 piece dark meat, I always get all legs and thighs. Unlike, Popeye that considers wings as dark meat, and their 3-piece chicken includes 1 wing, 1 leg and 1 thigh, which is annoying. I started going to KFC these last 2 visits because of it. Although my pup prefers Bojangles, and it appears that my pup likes Popeyes better than KFC. She didn't eat all her KFC chicken tonight.“

“Very satisfied on my first visit to Ellie Bird. We came for Brunch for my wife’s birthday. The staff were all very attentive and many wished her a happy birthday as they welcomed us in, which often gets overlooked at other restaurants, but it made her morning feel so much more special. It may seem like a small notion, but it was a touching detail to our initial visit. The brunch menu is small but packed with flavors and meaningful dishes. We love this and wish we could try it all. We decided to start with the PB&J French toast as a shared app. It’s an entree item, but upon hearing how much the owner loves this item we had to try it out. We also ordered the Pineapple Bun sliders and Tornado omelette. For us the trio of entrees was the perfect blend of savory, sweet, and salty, hitting all the right notes. Also highly recommend the Ellie Bird Latte. Glad we came, we will be back for more!“

“This was my second time ordering pickup from bbq chicken in Tysons, after being impressed with my previous experience. This time, my order was ready a couple of minutes after I arrived at the restaurant. It was a Friday mid-afternoon, and the place was not busy at all.
However, this time the chicken was less crispy than before. Maybe they used too much sauce, but the batter was noticeably thinner than the first time, and slightly soggy. The chicken meat was cooked well, but I much preferred my first time's results.

I will give them another chance to match the crispiness of my first order.“

“The food is great. Even the mild has a kick so I cannot imagine how hot the hottest one is. Service was fast. The reason I gave this a four is because an employee was on his break and taking up an entire large table with the only cushion bench seats. We had to sit at a two top because he was taking up a large table alone and for the entire 45 min we were there. This was on a Saturday night at 6 pm. So a peak time and it was full, half way through we were able to put two two tops together when someone left. They need to teach their employees to allow paying customers to sit in their seats.“

“This place is hands down a 10/10! We visited the Woodbridge location. Jose attended us, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The food is to die for with rich flavors Infused. I recommend the Peruvian dishes - pollo saltado and the carne asada. Our boys really enjoyed the steak fajitas, with a French fries and fried rice - big win.“

“If you haven't tried this filipino restaurant you are missing out. They might have all the fast food chicken places cooked. The spicy and original are both amazing. Spicy means spicy, too. Don't get thrown off by the spaghetti either. Filipino spaghetti is good with the balance of savory and sweet flavors. And who doesn't want a side of gravy to dip the chicken in or the biscuit, or to pour over the rice. Don't skip on the peach mango pie either. I wished there was one close to where I live.“

It only ended up taking 10-15 minutes, so that was nice, but shouldn’t a chicken restaurant have chicken ready all the time? Super yummy though! Love the plantains 😋“

“I’ve ordered catering from Spin Pollo twice for work events, and it has been a pleasure each time. The staff is always punctual, polite, and very attentive. The food—especially the chicken, salad, and rice—is consistently fresh and delicious. I also appreciate that they offer vegan and vegetarian options, which is perfect for accommodating employees who don’t eat meat. Everything has arrived exactly as requested, with no issues. “I’ve had more hangry joes since I’ve moved out east than any other restaurant, my family and I *love* it. Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!“

“Lately I have been on a Popeyes binge a few times a week. I love popeyes nuggets. I drove by and saw that KFC now has nuggets. So I orders 8 for $4.99. Then I saw the new Double Down chicken sandwich. It has no bread. So I ordered it. No sides. The lady in drive thru was nice. I asked what type of suace they had. She listed them. Then I said I wanted the Buffalo. After leaving and opening my bag I noticed she gave me Honey Mustard and KFC Suace. So that really let me down. As for the nuggets. On scale 1 to 10. I give them a 2. They were tiny. And soggy. Popeyes are an 11. They are big and crispy. Now onto the double down. I give it a 9 out if 10. It was very good. Very filling and didn't make me sleepy.“

“Went cause I saw a TV ad for $7. Meals. Since fast food can easily be twice as much for one person I decided to try the 3 strips meal which includes a drink. I got Mac and cheese instead of the mashed potatoes it comes with. That was a 50¢ upcharge. But the meal was good and I'll be back as long as they have this deal. I ate in it seems their business is mostly drive thru since there never seems to be any one eating in.“

“We had a late dinner tonight (Saturday). I enjoyed my Cobb Salad so much that I forgot my purse in the restaurant when we left. As soon as we arrived home almost 20 miles away, I realized my purse was missing and it was already 9:30 PM which meant the restaurant would be closing in half an hour. My husband jumped in the car and headed back while I tried calling the restaurant. After about 4 attempts calling I finally got through and was informed my purse had been found and I could pick it up the same night. My husband got there about 2 minutes before 10 PM and was handed my purse with all its contents intact. I am so impressed with the honesty and caring manner in which this situation was handled. He is very customer focused, attentive, and addresses me with my name every time he assists me with my order. Not many retail restaurants do that. Tyeferri is surely an asset to Chick-fil-A.
