Something about southern hospitality. I was waiting for my food and the gentleman walked it out to me... What?...where I'm from they'll scream out your order and have you walk all the way over. Just a fast food place but great and very friendly staff nonetheless.
Clearly not prepared for the large number of travelers. While my order was fine, multiple people were complaining that there order was not correct. Burgers were ok, fries not so much (cold or under cooked).
Awesome customer service. Genuine smiles and conversation.
