My family and I have been going to Macado's occasionally for many years! Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone else! The problem is not the food or amount of choices on the menu! The most serious issue is the service! I would wager that Macado's has the worst service of any establishment in the Roanoke valley! We were there for lunch today. There was 5 of us. It took about 2 hours to get our food, my husband's salad he could not eat because the chicken was hard as a rock. The worst thing was when I was putting the rest of my sandwich in a to go box, I thought there was a piece of cheese on the plate well I put it in my mouth and it was GUM!!!! Someone else's small piece of chewed gum. I done!!!!!!
