“Went earlier this morning and had the best experience there was a lady there I think she’s the manager she was awesome ! I’m an older woman so I know I can be a little slow and indecisive but she was so patient and kind and helped me decide on an order, really perked up my morning ! I think I might make this my new go to for coffee and breakfast before work!“
“I ordered the iced chai with cookie butter cold foam & my first one tasted like flavored milk. Normally, I’d just suck it up, but I went back through & they were so understanding about it. She asked what it was & remade it without complaining or anything. The first photo looks like I drank a lot, but the cold foam just mixed into the drink. The second one had a darker color, so I could tell it was remade correctly!“
