We were excited to try this place. Gabe was our server, and he did a fantastic job. Randy was the absolute best waiter and bartender we’ve ever had, hands down! He made our date night so special - going out of his way to recommend wine pairings, accommodate our food allergens (this restaurant is very celiac friendly, btw!), and ensure everything was taken care of. We had a delightful dinner at Birch and Bloom. The restaurant is bathed in a natural light which provides a warm ambience. The food was expertly prepared. Our server, Dante was exceptional. He was attentive without being intrusive. He guided us through our options based on my food allergy. His recommendations were spot on. Dante was polite, professional and personable. He is a true asset to the organization.
