Absolutely delicious food. Exceeded my expectations, especially for a hotel restaurant. The crab gnocchi was phenomenal!
Randy was the absolute best waiter and bartender we’ve ever had, hands down! He made our date night so special - going out of his way to recommend wine pairings, accommodate our food allergens (this restaurant is very celiac friendly, btw!), and ensure everything was taken care of. A group of seven of us went to Birch and Bloom for dinner. Our meal was incredible, and our server, Randy, was excellent. We had a wonderful experience, and we will return.
