“We love Chick-fil-A and this is a nice location. It was clean, friendly, and the servers were very nice. I'm always stuck by the manners and outgoing attitude of Chick-fil-A staff, and this location was no exception. They were all very willing to please. Well done, Charlottesville Chick-fil-A!“
“Fast service. The kindest smiling people and they noticeably care about their restaurant and look happy. Great tasting, fresh meals, all recommended. Flowers or plants on tables. Always clean! Bathrooms have diapers available for customers with babies.“
“My granddaughter, age 7, requested going there after shopping. She had her cousin with her, my other granddaughter, age 6. We had lunch it was great. Then Santa was there. I had no idea. What a great lunch for them! They were so happy. He was a great Santa.“
“This was my first mobile order with Chick-fil-A. I drove directly to the mobile order line and scanned the readily visible QR code sign. When I got to the server one item was not ready so I was directed to mobile parking. My completed order was received in a few minutes. The only negative was that I requested creamer in one of the coffees and that was missed. No big deal though.“
