Chick-fil-A in Charlottesville

“We love Chick-fil-A and this is a nice location. It was clean, friendly, and the servers were very nice. I'm always stuck by the manners and outgoing attitude of Chick-fil-A staff, and this location was no exception. They were all very willing to please. Well done, Charlottesville Chick-fil-A!“

“This was my first mobile order with Chick-fil-A. I drove directly to the mobile order line and scanned the readily visible QR code sign. When I got to the server one item was not ready so I was directed to mobile parking. My completed order was received in a few minutes. The only negative was that I requested creamer in one of the coffees and that was missed. No big deal though.“

“Service is always top notch! For a young staff, they all seem passionate about customer service and talking with you. They even offered my pup a pup cup when they saw him in the back seat. I don’t eat Chick-fil-A often, but I always make a point to stop at this location when I do.“
