“Best Bojangles I have ever been in. Staff was kind courteous and thoughtful. Entire store was clean. Even though it was getting close to closing time they had no problem getting anything we needed. I don't know if I've ever even gotten that good of service at a Chick-fil-A. 20/10 stars yall.“

“We love Chick-fil-A and this is a nice location. It was clean, friendly, and the servers were very nice. I'm always stuck by the manners and outgoing attitude of Chick-fil-A staff, and this location was no exception. They were all very willing to please. Well done, Charlottesville Chick-fil-A!“

“Fast service. The kindest smiling people and they noticeably care about their restaurant and look happy. Great tasting, fresh meals, all recommended. Flowers or plants on tables. Always clean! Bathrooms have diapers available for customers with babies.“

“Really nice, quaint. I like how small it feels and the staff are always a pleasure. I've sat at the bar the last three times and had something different every time, but always chicken & a side or two. Looking forward to trying the patio soon too..“
