Great meal I had the house special be salad with goat cheese that was awesome and then had the mushroom Ragu with homemade pasta. Everything tasted great. Our service was spectacular. Everyone loved their meal, I highly recommend The Local. It is one of the best places to eat in Charlottesville
So refreshing to enjoy such professionalism in a casual and comfortable atmosphere. All the food we had was fabulous. I could eat their beet salad every day, and the salmon was cooked to perfection. Can't wait to go back so we can try the desserts!
Absolutely perfect place to have our daughter's engagement dinner. Jeff the restaurant manager and his staff Cam were nothing short of magic. We booked a regular table for the evening and paid for some extras to make the experience special. Jeff took it steps further by providing us with a special room on the house all to ourselves!
