Food was good for the price, fresh fruit wasn't all that fresh and the huevos rancheros is fairly under seasoned (not at all seasoned) the grits are fantastic as are the biscuits and gravy.
We came here when our first choice told us they were only by reservation. It's an old house on a side street with some indoor and outdoor seating. The menu had lots of choices that sounded good and made it hard to decide. I went with the California eggs Benedict and a side of potatoes. Adorable little breakfast place with a convenient location (however parking is only available across the street via a small garage that is pay per hour). Very homey and inviting, super kind waitstaff, and very good and affordable!!
