I went to get the new jalapeno spicy chicken sandwich. They asked me if I wanted any condiments and I said no assuming they was just talking about Chick-fil-A sauce, ketchup, etc. Not knowing that I needed the ranch to go home my sandwich. So if you order the jalapeno chicken ranch sandwich, you say yes to the condiments or you won't get the ranch sauce but I made it do what it do. It's Chick-fil-A that's chicken sandwich heads down🤷🏽♂️
Chick fil a used to be the gold standard of getting your order right, now if you dont check your order you might be missing a whole meal. Awful, truly terrible service now.

Don't let the long lines fool you, your food will come out fast and fresh. Highly recommend the Chicken, Egg, and Cheese muffin, especially with Chick-fil-a's signature sauce. As always, incredibly friendly staff that's helpful if you've got any questions.
