It's always a good vibe
I do take out from this establishment from time to time. Never had an issue until tonight. I called to place a pickup order and they were not willing to accommodate me even though I had special requests and an allergy. Was very firm to go through door dash only. I can't add special instructions or even omit ingredients that aren't cared for. I felt my phone etiquette was well and it sounded like the woman who answered had no desire to help me. Longshots is a welcoming establishment with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The restaurant serves great food and drinks, and the management and staff are friendly. The servers and bartenders are very friendly and genuinely helpful when addressing any issues. The establishment has two sections with separate bars, and the larger section with more tables is past the third set of doors. The decor may not have been updated for some time, but that does not seem to bother the customers. The restaurant offers a variety of menu items, including properly prepared French fries and calamari. The calamari is not overly salty, which is appreciated by some customers. Smoking is allowed, with the front section through the second doors being the non-smoking area. The establishment has a digital jukebox, and pool tables are available for customers to enjoy. While the cue storage and the condition of some of the cue sticks need attention, most of the cues are workable. Overall, Longshots provides a relaxed and enjoyable experience for its customers.
