I do take out from this establishment from time to time. Never had an issue until tonight. I called to place a pickup order and they were not willing to accommodate me even though I had special requests and an allergy. Was very firm to go through door dash only. I can't add special instructions or even omit ingredients that aren't cared for. I felt my phone etiquette was well and it sounded like the woman who answered had no desire to help me. This location is old school in the way that it smells like cigarettes and still allows smoking inside. The food is great, the drinks are cheap (as in cheaply made ingredients), and it has a lot of pool tables and dart boards to enjoy yourself on. Overall it has that old school feel to it. I've been twice and will likely go back.

Helpful staff, plenty of pool tables, good menu and beer selection. If you order lunch certain weekdays pool table rental is complimentary! My wife and I enjoyed the new French onion dip sandwich with fries and a side of mozzarella sticks. Portions were extremely generous. We took our time eating and playing two rounds of pool next to a family where they father was teaching his teens to play pool. We tried it sooner of his tips and found them very useful.
