Pizza Hut in Chesapeake

“I’m giving this rating because the cool kid Simeon decided to remake my order no problems after my first pizza looked like day old pizza LOL
Yung Gravy up front was a character too LOL
THESE WERE A BUNCH OF COOL YOUNGINS and to hear they had already had a night with a psycho customer, I appreciate Simeon going out his way… and I hope I’m spelling his name right“

The focus of this review will be about the quality of the service that I'm always met with. Exceptional!
The staff is courteous and friendly. Everyone works in unison to get the orders out on time and accurately. The cashiers and managers really go out of their way to help you save money by being knowledgeable about the deals and specials on their menu.
We visit this store routinely and we remain satisfied customers!

The Western Branch Pizza Hut cancelled our order for 16 pizza that we place, paid, and confirmed days ago, 10 minutes before my son’s birthday party. Miss and and the crew at The Taylor Rd location saved our party by making our order a priority. Thank you for taking care of us and saving our party. AWESOME WORK!!!“

“I had a wonderful experience with the general manager named Jim at this location. I had ordered five pizzas that were due to arrive at 4:30 and I needed them to arrive later at 5:30 and he went above and beyond to make it happen for me, even though it it seemed like it was busy at the store I never felt rushed and service was never compromised. What a wonderful asset to the company!“

“I ordered 2 large pizzas and some hot wings for dinner. I went to pick it up and of course it was ready. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I always order from that particular Pizza Hut. If it’s delivered they’re always on time and my food is always hot.“

Parking: im guessing a lot of people use delivery because there's plenty of open spots and I refuse to believe pizza hut is not getting sales

“I placed and order for Western Branch location and didn't realize my call when to there call center. The call center rep was very rude while speaking to me however, I continued being polite with her. She had to transfer me to the store because I needed to make a request for my order I placed online. Once store rep was on the phone, I then received outstanding customer service because I was greeted by a very polite employee. I put in my request and while advising her of the precious call center rep rudeness, the call center rep was still on the phone and tried stating she wasn't rude. I advise her to listen to her call if monitored and/or recorded so she would hear how rude she was. I advised I wish I had her name so I could add it to this review, but it wasn't given. I got a call back from the store regarding the review, and I advised her she provided outstanding service and would make sure there would be nothing negative about my communication to the store employee. Thanks Pizza Hut on Western Branch for providing professional customer service!!“
