Pizza Hut in Chesapeake

“It’s been a while since I’ve been to this Pizza Hut, Visiting recently this week I can tell it’s been a few changes. Everyone is a little more alert and aware of the customers. I’m a big critic on pizza. My pizza was exactly the way I asked for it and It came out in a timely manner. I really love the fact that I know i have a Pizza Hut close to me i can count on. I definitely will be returning.“

“Had an issue with my order over the weekend and Ms. Lisa went above and beyond to fix my order. I’ve been to this location a few times lately and visibly you can see they can be short staffed sometimes but the workers do the best they can especially during the weekends rushes. Things happen and get messed up but please remember to be nice to the workers and try to be patient.“

“They don't deliver and I'm only two miles away but to be far there was only one person working at the time and she said she did have a driver currently but food itself was good for that I can't give it a perfect score

Vegetarian options: Pasta, cheese and veggies only Pizzas ,bread sticks and a few desserts

Dietary restrictions: Everything has cheese on it

Parking: It's in a small shopping center but there is plenty of parking because you will have to take out or curbside“

“I am a dasher and when I tell you….this experience was beyond AMAZING! I think she is manager, forgot to get her name, but when I tell you, her customer service is flawless and her energy is fantastic! She has long, blonde hair and wears it in a clip. Kudos to her and she definitely deserves a raise!! (And train other sites on customer service!“

“I would like to thank the manager (didn’t get his name) on Saturday night for discounting my pizza / wings order when my preferred crust wasn’t available. He was very professional & did not hesitate to help. Again, thanks & I’ll definitely be back!“

Parking: im guessing a lot of people use delivery because there's plenty of open spots and I refuse to believe pizza hut is not getting sales

“I placed and order for Western Branch location and didn't realize my call when to there call center. The call center rep was very rude while speaking to me however, I continued being polite with her. She had to transfer me to the store because I needed to make a request for my order I placed online. Once store rep was on the phone, I then received outstanding customer service because I was greeted by a very polite employee. I put in my request and while advising her of the precious call center rep rudeness, the call center rep was still on the phone and tried stating she wasn't rude. I advise her to listen to her call if monitored and/or recorded so she would hear how rude she was. I advised I wish I had her name so I could add it to this review, but it wasn't given. I got a call back from the store regarding the review, and I advised her she provided outstanding service and would make sure there would be nothing negative about my communication to the store employee.
