“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience from the time my family and I walked in the door. We go out to eat about 3 times a week and lately everywhere we have been going has just been OK (sometimes not so good). We live close to Franklin so we usually don't make our way to chesapeake Sq too often. WHEN I TELL YOU..this entire experience was the best we have had in over a year..my my my. The food was delicious and fresh...the service was on point and refreshing. Definitely will be making the drive to come back and enjoy this great experience again.“

“Today we visited Chilis to celebrate our grandma’s birthday. The restaurant was busy for 2:45 on a Saturday but wasn’t a problem. Our waiter was good. The woman who brought the food out was so kind and overheard that my grandma’s steak was overdone. Not 10 minutes later she brings her a whole new meal with a much better steak. She went above and beyond and it made our experience a lot better. Thank you! She didn’t have a name tag otherwise I’d mention her name.“

“Lexi was PHENOMENAL. She was a tenter, she was pleasant, and most of all knowledgeable. Lexi helped me choose items that made my girls happy. Lexi also catered to my taste as I am a hard person to order for. She made my life with her nacho selection made perfectly. She was SUPERWOMAN, a one lady army, working both the food, front line, and register. She made the whole thing appear seamless and still provided a beautiful smile along with outstanding customer service. Thank you Lexi, I will be back because of the experience with you today. “We came here a lot when I was younger and living in Great Bridge. We were in the area again yesterday and decided to eat dinner here.
The service was great; the employee that made our food was pleasant and decently fast.
The food was good as well. My parents got nachos, which they enjoyed. I got a burrito, which was pretty good, but I found that the ingredients were not mixed very well in the burrito. I didn't get much of the meat until the second half of the burrito, and certain ingredients seemed pushed towards one part of the burrito, leaving very little of that ingredient in the other parts.
Overall, the experience was certainly not bad. If you like Moe's, you probably won't have a problem with this location.“

“I’ll admit it — I used to be a true-hearted Chipotle person. Fully loyal. No question about it. But after my experience today at Moe’s in downtown Norfolk, that chapter is officially closed.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, upbeat, and fun. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generous, but what completely won me over was the amazing service from Leslie — the phenomenal server with the puppy paw tattoo. When I jokingly told her I was a die-hard Chipotle fan, she smirked and said, “We don’t say the ‘C’ word here,” and that moment alone set the tone for an unforgettable experience. ( That SO needs to go on a t-shirt).
Leslie’s energy, humor, and genuine care instantly changed my mindset. She made the experience feel personal, fun, and welcoming — not just another fast-casual stop. Between her outstanding service and the quality of the food, I realized I didn’t miss Chipotle at all.
Moe’s has officially earned my loyalty. From now on, this is where my business is going. Exceptional food, phenomenal service, and people like Leslie who make you actually want to come back — that’s how you win customers for life.“

“Do not order from this location. We placed an order for delivery through doordash. Our order arrived 20 minutes late and a good portion of our order was missing. I called the Moes location, and they admitted they forgot to give the rest of the order to doordash. But, they did not contact doordash, they did not contact me, they just threw the rest of the order out. The manager told me they do not offer refunds because it was ordered through a 3rd party. I said, it was not, it was ordered through the Moes website. She said, well, I have to contact doordash for a refund. The worst part of this... not that they screwed up the order, it was the fact they didn't even care. Didn't care enough to contact doordash to pick up the rest of the order, didn't care enough to contact me; didn't even care enough to ty to make it right. They actually asked me if I was willing to come pick up the rest of the order after they knew they already threw it out. Completely unacceptable. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location, but it will be the last. Do not order from this location.“

“Ok. Hear me out. The choices here are amazing! Definitely a great Chipotl3 contender ...however and I hope someone in corporate could see this ... the key here is the base... your quinoa? Excellent! ...your tortilla? Soft and yet sturdy to hold burrito contents...your rice?... this is where there is an opportunity for improvement... the parboiled rice does not do justice to the seasonings it has ... if you would shift away from parboiled and start with an industrial rice cooker and make that from scratch... I guarantee you that you will de-throne other burrito/taco/bowl places. The place was clean, inviting, and the service 👌🏼. Will definitely come back. Oh! And that raspberry lemonade? Primo!!!“
