“The food I got was absolutely terrible. I don’t know why, but my fries were sour for some reason. Besides that, everything else was pretty okay. The only reason why I gave the service and atmosphere a 4/5 is because I came right before closing time, of course the atmosphere and service isn’t going to be the best. At that time, literally no one wants to work, and yet they still gave me my order quickly and correctly, which is something I can respect. And yes, I get that the food may not be the best at 9pm, but it doesn’t excuse my fries being sour, I would have expected them to be cold instead.“

After havinga bad day I needed a pick me up and These people arekillin it right now and running with it very strong crew.Walked in cause I didn't want to wait in line and they gotme taken care of fast and accurately with a smile. !Thank you Chelsea and the rest of the crew ! “Best Wendy’s location I’ve tried for chili. Outstanding customer service from Riley in December 2023 and every time before. Riley is so kind, warm and outstanding that someone should promote him to manager! The chili on 12/26/2023 was best if all. I recommend this location.“

“They got my order wrong ( I ordered an apple pecan salad and I ended up with a Cobb salad) but they were so gracious at fixing the problem and getting my order right. I'm not looking for perfection, just the graciousness to get it right. In this case all the people involved were willing to make it right and without a negative attitude.“

“Drive thru only..didn't understand why. Until after I ordered my food and was told to pull up. It seam like forever so as I got out my truck and headed to the door and young man came out with my food and I said I was wondering what was taking so long...as he said I'm by myself...oh my God!!! He took my order, took my money and made my food....my hat goes out to this young man for holding it down when no one else would...I wish I had got your name cause honey you need to be recognized for the outstanding service...unbelievable how you did it all and with a smile on your face ❤️ it“

“I didn’t get anything to eat here (I am out here for a job) but the manager was so amazing. We stopped here for a bathroom break and ice. They don’t sell bags of ice, BUT that manager didn’t let me walk out the door without giving me three bags to fill out the work cooler. He even came out to the work van and helped me drain and fill up the cooler. Amazing customer service and the restaurant inside was spotless. This is the third time I have stopped at this location in Portsmouth, and they’re always cleaning or just finished.“

“We stopped in for lunch today and had a wonderful experience. I wanted to give a huge shout out to Adam who waited on us at the register. He was also super helpful and brought our food to the table. He even came back around and asked if we needed anything additional. These days in fast food you don’t always see this type of service. Thank you for making our day Adam happy holidays!“

“I ordered the ghost pepper ranch combo w/ a strawberry ? ? lemonade 2/15/24 @ 2:30PM. I requested my order to be made fresh & the man who took my order was pleasant, assured me he’ll make sure it’s made fresh & informed me of the wait time. He had a smile @ the pmt window & even the other man that handed me my fresh meal had a delightful demeanor w/good customer service. My food & service was 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Disappointing experience at this Wendy's. The food was subpar and the customer service was even worse. The staff seemed more interested in goofing off than attending to customers, and when I tried to address my issue, I was met with rudeness. Definitely won't be back.“

“Fact is, I have always and still love Creamsicle Ice Cream. When I was a child, I would make my own using high quality Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream products and I still do so today. I have been dying to try Wendy's new Orange Dreamsicle Frosty so today I did. The Verdict: It is just okay and I will stick with Haagen-Dazs or other products. However, I still do enjoy a small Chocolate or Vanilla Wendy's Frosty!“
